Discovery:
The aim of the discovery phase is to identify or clarify opportunities that can be delivered with the latest technology, establish some of the key business drivers for these opportunities and identify the criteria for their successful realisation. During this process, our aim will be to expand on the customers vision and help to articulate the business problems that can be solved.
Design:
Design follows on from Discovery and is where we work with you to develop the business requirements, technical architecture and information architecture necessary for the solution to be created. During this phase we will take the business vision and high-level requirements identified in Discovery and use these to filter out detailed requirements that are necessary to create a solution.
Deployment:
Deployment of the solution is achieved using an iterative delivery of modules within the context of an overall Release Plan. Each iteration has a fixed length of time, within which we will deliver a prescribed set of codes. The projected number of iterations and their length is defined in the Release Plan.
At the end of each Iteration, Torometech will deliver a code segment which the customer is expected to test and verify. This allows the parallel running of coding and testing which has the effect of driving out redundancies and bugs earlier and allowing the shortest possible time to delivery.
Delivery:
Delivery of the solution is attained utilising an iterative delivery of modules within context of the overall Release Plan.
